| For starters, if u're willing to put some stuff together, u can do a lot cheaper. Second, u want an ssd in there, trust me. GFX wise depends on what resolution and fps u plan to play. | |

Second, u want an ssd in there, trust me. GFX wise depends on what resolution and fps u plan to play. 1. i know i suck at putting hardware together, i want to select the parts and some1 put them togather. Cannot do it. 2. ok so SSD ontop of it then, becuase i dont find 120g substainable with all the downloads i do of games. So it needs to be then 2Tera normal HD + a 120gig SSD 3. well i always play at 1600 x 1200 , but need to adjust quality badly to have playable fps. I am planning to play on 1900 x 1200/1080 and i have no clue what fps i play now think it's 16-25? with downgraded graphics. I want to play any game thats out there on max settings, without tweaking ingame prahpics to let it run smooth. it just always has to run smooth, that kinda graphic card i want. for the next 2-3 years. BTW i have a HD that has 5600 RPM and i must say i think i am used to that speed and it's not slow in anyway imo. But this new HD has 7200 RPM, so it should be already alot faster them i am used to now.

I thought my 7200 rpm disk was fast too, till I got an SSD. Now everytime I boot up my pc at work, I can think of at least 5 ways to utterly demolish that piece of junk :p I'll see for the rest in the next few days, just came home from work and don't feel like looking it all up now.

| Imo, u could start off with the I5 rig, performance in games doesn't change. Unless u got very specific tasks that can benefit from HyperThreading I5 = I7 save for some speed bump left and right. Which can be achieved in a couple of minutes if u do it yourself. | |
