My new car

This is the car I just bought. Soon me and my dad will start working on it.
Needs to take some of it apart and fix, then the entire car will be painted and rebuilt.
Also need to buy an engine and gearbox, but that's cake. Already found 2 possible engines for sale. =)

Next spring/summer, this beauty will be ready to hit the strip.

Nah, it's a Dodge Dart -68. ^^
It will mainly be a street car but it will also be used for dragracing, so yeah it will have some powers.

This car have been used for dragracing and the previous owner is a dedicated dragracer,
and he used this car with an engine with close to 1300bhp, so this car is already built for that kind of power.
Though we're not that dedicated, so we'll settle for 450-500bhp + nitrous. Should be enough for starters hehe.

Change of plans. The rules in drag racing state that it's not allowed to have turbo and nitrous at the same time,
so my car will have turbo, not nitrous. We're going to look for an engine with around 350-450 raw bhp, then add twin turbo on top of that. This is going to be more of a street car anyway, and I won't have use for the nitrous off the strip, which is why I'm going with the turbo cause I can use that on the streets.

The car is almost ready for painting. Once that's done we'll start putting it together.
I'll post some pictures once it's painted and on wheels. =)
